The Revolution Will be Covered by Comment is Free

Billy Bragg is withholding his income tax until bonuses for RBS are stopped as he explains here. Which is O.K, if you have the ability to pay your own tax (as he points out) and enjoy prison food.

But two points I took from it are firstly the amount of people who scream 'anarchy!ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!' and cower in a bush until order is restored. As if anarchism is a nasty doctrine? I find it to be a wonderfully humane doctrine, but how we get there is another problem entirely.

And secondly, the Weathermen have their very own section on CiF. Revolutionary pamphlets are now issued bit by bit via the comments section on the Guardian. What would Trotsky think? (Before he goes off to shoot some anarchists like hares)
